Why are athletes and rich people taping their mouths shut at night?
Rich Lister Tim Gurner and Manchester City footballer Erling Haaland are among those who swear it promotes better sleep. But medical experts are not convinced.

I felt good when I woke up an hour later than normal. I tell myself I must have needed the extra sleep, and wonder whether the reason I was able to get it was because I taped my mouth shut at night.
Could that little strip of surgical tape really have made such a difference?
