Why do you run?
Fitness and exercise have always been a core part of my life. I’ve been into sports since I was a kid, and physical training sets the tone for my day. It grounds me, gives me energy and helps me stay focused. It’s not just about staying fit; it’s about building a mindset that can carry you through anything. I have also gone through some particularly stressful periods and struggled with work–life balance at times, and exercise has been my go-to to improve my mood and pull me through. Running helps me reset, release stress, regain control and stay as healthy as possible for the years ahead. I see it as a long-term investment in myself.
