Justin Seskin is chief executive and co-founder of The DOM, an online fashion outlet. He lives in Sydney.

How long have you been surfing, and how did you get into it?
I started around three years ago. I played a lot of sport growing up, and when I gave that up, I was on the hunt for a new hobby. Living near the beach and always loving the ocean and the outdoors, it seemed like a sport I should try, and I’m super happy I did.
