Catherine Gore has “beauty running through her veins”. As one of the first employees of Sephora in North America and later, as the founder and head of Kendo, a division of Sephora that built smaller brands from the ground up, she knows the beauty market intimately.
It makes sense, then, that she’s now at the forefront of a company that wants to transform the beauty industry in much the same way as Beyond Meat and other artificial meat companies have taken on factory farming.
