Anxiety and depression on rise for young women

Young women aged between 15 and 34 have the highest rates of anxiety and depression, according to a household survey of 17,000 Australians.
The number of young women with depression and anxiety has risen from 12.8 per cent in 2009 to 20.1 per cent in 2017, according to the Household, Income and Labour Dynamics in Australia (HILDA) survey.
