Michaela Johansson’s business is called Aplenty, which tells you everything you need to know – her cooking, honed by years working as general manager at cult London bakery Violet Cakes, is defined by a sense of abundance. “It’s not over-the-top or fussy food,” she says. “It’s delicious, punchy and designed to share.”
And sharing is exactly what she does, via her supper clubs in Redfern, Sydney.
