Melbourne chef Scott Pickett has never been so busy, yet when he walks into The Continental Sorrento, he says: “I feel like I’m on holidays.”
It must be a good feeling, given that he roared through lockdown and out the other side, opening three restaurants in two years (bustling Chancery Lane, neighbourly Smith St Bistrot and Thai Longrain) and filming two series of Nine’s chef series Snackmasters.
