London | Australia’s reputation in Britain used to rest entirely on ruthless cricket, cold beer, cheap but drinkable wine, and incessant whingeing about the hopeless weather. But nowadays it’s pretty much all about classy Aussie coffee – and incessant whingeing about the hopeless British alternative.

It’s this newer reputation that West Australian dairy giant Brownes will be banking on in the next 12 months, as it presses on with its quest to get away from selling just milk, just in WA.
