Celebrated chef Guy Grossi distances himself from Jon Adgemis

Celebrated chef and restaurateur Guy Grossi suggested he may cut ties with Jon Adgemis and his embattled pub empire Public Hospitality Group.

Mr Adgemis built the hospitality group that spans more than 20 pubs, bars and hotels, including Oxford House and The Norfolk in Sydney, Karen Martini’s Saint George and Guy Grossi’s Puttanesca. But Public Hospitality has been disintegrating after a refinancing this year, with some of the businesses within the group collapsing.
