Business deals should only take 4 minutes, man behind top restaurant says

If a business partnership takes longer than three to four minutes then walk away, the head of Unlisted Collection group head Loh Lik Peng says.

Mr Peng, whose company is Unlisted Collection behind Automata, told the Australian Financial Review Top Restaurants, presented by Qantas, the Business of Food forum, that you need to trust yours instincts when striking a deal to collaborate with others on starting a restaurant.
