As Australia’s most dramatic and enduring seaside restaurant prepares to reopen on December 14, owner and restaurateur Maurice Terzini is ready to party.
“It’s exciting,” he says. “After 20 years, I can look back and see how Icebergs has shaped hospitality in this country, and I’m proud of that.”
