Timothy Aquino, the founder of AI-powered “pocket tailor” and menswear brand Theodore, is quietly ambitious. “This time next year, I hope we’ll be billionaires,” he tells Life & Leisure.

The former psychology student and photocopier salesman may be half-joking as he ushers me into his boutique in Sydney’s Surry Hills to try on a suit I’ve been measured for entirely “hands free” via the Theodore app. But given the rate that society is embracing all things AI, would it be too far-fetched to think he could achieve it?
