What makes the latest Hermès homeware collection truly beautiful is its conspicuous eschewing of newness.
“With these 2024 products, we’re seeking a deep affinity with things that may have been designed in the 1920s or 1950s or 1980s or even just a few years ago,” says Hermès Maison artistic director Charlotte Macaux Perelman. “It’s more about a striving for harmony than it is about creating novelty.”
