In a lengthy career, the Sydney-based author and speechwriter has formed the words that articulate the visions of CEOs, entrepreneurs, bureaucrats and political leaders. She made headlines in 2015 when her book about her seven years writing speeches for Alan Joyce led to Qantas suing, arguing the manuscript contained confidential information.
