Smash repair giant AMA says labour markets have failed to recover as anticipated, blaming the coronavirus pandemic, winter flu and staff shortages for a productivity squeeze.

This impact is expected to continue this financial year, AMA warned. It has almost 150 smash repair shops repairing more than 300,000 damaged vehicles annually.
