The operator of the Dreamworld theme park on the Gold Coast said its full-year revenues were the strongest since 2016, when four visitors died due to a ride malfunction, but warned that international tourists have been slow to return after the pandemic.

Coast Entertainment, formerly known as Ardent Leisure, said operating revenue of $96.4 million for the year ended June 24 was up 10.8 per cent on the prior year while visitor numbers rose 11.2 per cent.
