New Zealand tourism operator Darryl Wilson says the creation of an Australia-New Zealand "travel bubble", as part of the recovery from the coronavirus, makes perfect sense.
Although Prime Minister Scott Morrison admitted it may be "still some time away" before there is a formal agreement, the prospect of reopening international borders between the two countries has buoyed spirits among the travel sector, which has been devastated by the economic fallout from COVID-19.
