Travel giant Flight Centre says businesses and holidaymakers keep spending on journeys despite concerns about slowdowns hitting the global economy.
High levels of household savings and low unemployment were among the factors supporting the travel market, Brisbane-based Flight Centre said on Wednesday. It said its leisure business was trading at post-pandemic highs and corporate travel activity escalated after the holiday period.
