Telcos say NBN ‘profiteering’ with slack lockdown relief

The chief executives of five major internet providers have written to NBN Co boss Stephen Rue to demand a dramatic rethink of its wholesale cost relief during lockdowns.
The providers claim the present system fails to appropriately offset the increased data demand during lockdowns or provide any cost certainty.
