First State Super enters bidding war for NBN challenger

Telecoms company Uniti may be forced into a bidding war over Opticomm, after superannuation mega-fund First State Super offered to buy the company outright for 12.5 per cent more than Uniti has offered.
The $120 billion industry fund offered $5.85 per share, a considerably better offer than Uniti's $5.20 per share.
