Eight-time grand slam champion Andre Agassi says he has found real purpose after tennis through social impact investing, after “spending a third of your life not preparing for [the next] two-thirds of it”, but is now living “life on my terms”.
“That’s the nature of doing something so profoundly good at such a young age that you haven’t had the time for other forms of balance. It’s an interesting dilemma to solve,” he tells The Australian Financial Review in Melbourne for the Australian Open.
