The Sydney Swans’ $10 million man Lance Franklin says he delayed making a decision on a new AFL contract this year because he was unsure if he would play on.
Franklin, 35, is adamant it was never about whether he would stay at the Swans. The financial details of his new one-year contract were not disclosed.
