Super Retail Group alleges the lawyer representing two whistleblowers suing the company for alleged bullying gave a presentation warning it of damaging media coverage if the claim was not settled before it hit the courts.
In April 2024, Super Retail entered mediation with former legal chief Rebecca Farrell and her former co-worker Amelia Berczelly over their claims of bullying, harassment, the alleged misuse of funds and failing to provide a safe workplace.
