Two former Super Retail lawyers who claimed there was a culture of bullying at the company have had their bid to enforce an alleged payout agreement thrown out by the Federal Court.
Justice Michael Lee dismissed the settlement claim on Monday morning, and pin redacted reasons published in the afternoon, he said the contention that an oral contract was made cannot be accepted.
