Retailers should never let a good crisis go to waste

After three exhausting years of trading through the pandemic, it would be tempting for retailers to bunker down and hope for the best during what is shaping up to be a long and deep consumer spending downturn.

However, retailers have arguably never been better placed to take on major transformation and productivity projects that will leave them better positioned to take advantage of the inevitable retail rebound.
