Sales at online retailer MyDeal.com grew faster than Kogan.com’s in the March quarter but momentum slowed significantly as consumers returned to shopping malls and high street stores.

In a trading update on Tuesday, the recently listed online home and lifestyle marketplace said gross sales rose 104.5 per cent to $44.7 million in the three months ended March 31, lifting gross sales for the nine months to date by 177.4 per cent to $171.4 million.
