The co-founder of Mexican-themed fast food chain Guzman y Gomez, Robert Hazan, has stepped down from the company’s board amid preparation for a possible initial public offering.
Guzman y Gomez – which is backed by major shareholder TDM Growth Partners as well as Barrenjoey Capital Partners and Aware Super – has also lost another board member, former McDonald’s Australia executive Steve Jermyn.
