Scathing reviews on bullying and sexual harassment in the legal sector have put corporate law firms on notice that they need to adopt industry-wide action to stamp out misconduct in their offices.

The Victorian and South Australian reports, both handed down this week, said almost two-thirds of legal professionals had been sexually harassed while working in the industry, and labelled the problem an “open secret”.
