Judges, barristers accused of ‘alarming’, widespread sexual harassment
South Australian judges face compulsory annual training on “the nature, drivers and impacts of harassment, including sexual harassment” as an explosive report reveals widespread sexual harassment by senior judges, barristers and legal practitioners in the state.
Under a recommendation put forward by the report, SA’s Courts Administration Council would be responsible for developing training, programs and resources around this issue to be rolled out yearly for judicial officers.
