Three current and former Slater and Gordon staff complained about the working style of a senior executive during 2024, leading the law firm to spend tens of thousands of dollars on improving the leader’s management skills.
At least one of the complainants has since left the firm. These allegations match aspects of accusations made in a rogue email sent to most staff on February 21, which has rocked the firm and which it says contains “a range of claims that are just completely false and misleading”.
