Federal Court rejects request for details on new restrictions

The Federal Court of Australia has refused to release any information about a meeting of judges that voted to drastically reduce access to documents without any consultation with the media.
On January 16, The Australian Financial Review requested “all information, documents, minutes, agendas, notes and correspondence” related to the rule changes under the Freedom of Information Act.
