NSW Chief Justice Tom Bathurst has called sexual harassment in the legal profession “a serious problem” and told barristers “we can and must change”.

In a video sent to NSW Bar Association members, Chief Justice Bathurst says lawyers must take “active steps to condemn harassment and abuse”.
