The King’s Counsel who took on Australia’s top banking and finance executives throughout the Hayne royal commission has been appointed to Victoria’s top court.
Rowena Orr heads to the bench after a period as state solicitor-general, and follows her four predecessors in ascending directly to the Court of Appeal.
