TEG enlists MinterEllison to investigate workplace culture claims

The company behind Ticketek has hired a law firm to investigate allegations that the ticketing and live event group has a serious workplace problem where managers shouted at and humiliated staff.

The board of TEG asked has brought in MinterEllison to review the departures of several former senior staff, including a former senior TEG lawyer who wrote a 23-page letter to executives outlining the issues in the workplace at the company. The firm has been asked to review the exits, the conduct of leadership and what action the company took afterwards.
