Secrets of ASIC raids on EverBlu, ASX Wolf revealed

Suspicions that controversial stockbroker Adam Blumenthal and his firm EverBlu may have rigged trading in cannabis shares and persuaded directors of a mining company to act dishonestly drove spectacular corporate regulator raids across two states last November.

The suspicions were revealed in a search warrant obtained exclusively by AFR Weekend, which also lists concerns that Mr Blumenthal and EverBlu may have worked with flashy sharetrader Tyson “ASX Wolf” Scholz in potentially creating a false share-trading market around cannabis company Creso Pharma.
