Jon Adgemis, star witness for the corporate regulator and former adviser to businesswoman Jan Cameron, says a document that gave the founder rights of the Black Prince Private Foundation to a Malaysian group ultimately controlled by the Tasmanian businesswoman was altered after he signed it.

The prosecution, led by Lincoln Crowley QC from Brisbane, rounded out the corporate watchdog’s list of five witnesses on Monday in day three of the criminal trial brought against Ms Cameron.
