Businesswoman Jan Cameron faced a Hobart court in day two of her criminal trial as the corporate regulator’s star witness Jon Adgemis said he was not involved in the formation of a Malaysian company that lent money to his Black Prince Private Foundation – the largest investor in Bellamy’s Australia.

Ms Cameron pleaded not guilty in July 2020 to two criminal charges laid by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), which alleges she failed to disclose her links to Black Prince.
