Karin Adcock: Don't rush it, brands have to evolve

In 2004, Karin Adcock secured the agency for popular Danish jewellery brand Pandora, introducing it to the Australian market via her garage in Sydney's Avalon.

In 2009, 60 per cent of the business was sold back to Pandora Holding in Denmark and a year later the remaining 40 per cent was sold when Pandora, known for its cute, collectible charms depicting hearts, bows, animals and zodiac signs, listed on the Copenhagen Nasdaq.
