How boosting female participation has paid off for this ag business

Staff turnover at Australia’s largest privately owned cattle producer, Consolidated Pastoral Company has dropped to around 20 per cent, and female participation risen to close to 50 per cent as several of its targeted recruitment and retention programs pay off.
“We’ve worked really hard on those numbers over the last seven years,” CPC chief executive Troy Setter says.
