Mark Woodland was on a tractor on his hobby farm in Kangaroo Ground, an hour west of Melbourne, when inspiration struck for his latest start-up.

His mother in law had called him as she was struggling to navigate the seemingly endless rostering, payments and caregiving organisation that made up her own mum’s aged care plan.
