Ambitious fintech challenger Praemium has called in independent consultants to comb over its international business after the abrupt exit of chief executive Michael Ohanessian.

In a late-afternoon announcement to the exchange, Praemium said Mr Ohanessian would be leaving the company immediately after almost 10 years in the role.
