Why did Praemium board really sack Michael Ohanessian?

Praemium's board, chaired by ANZ's former retail banking chief Greg Camm, sacked its chief executive Michael Ohanessian on February 22 and appointed former Bankwest boss Rob De Luca as interim chief on March 3.
