The problem with proxy bunfights now is that nothing will ever beat the farcical battle for control of Bellamy's Australia. But financial IT platform provider Praemium seems to be doing its level best to fill Jan Cameron's breach.

Praemium's board, chaired by ANZ's former retail banking chief Greg Camm, sacked its chief executive Michael Ohanessian on February 22 and appointed former Bankwest boss Rob De Luca as interim chief on March 3.
