Deloitte, the receiver of Opes Prime, has sued co-founder Lirim "Laurie" Emini to recover $2.1 million in funds allegedly siphoned out of a company associated with the collapsed stockbroker.
The receiver is already suing former director Anthony Blumberg, who is alleged to have helped himself to more than $14 million, most of it allegedly spent on racing cars, building and renovations and a deposit for a helicopter.
