Former Humm chairman Andrew Abercrombie says the rest of the board has shunned him for his opposition to the sale of the group’s consumer finance business to Latitude Financial in a deal he says drastically undervalues the company.
“Really, I’ve been ostracised, frankly. I’m a very reasonable guy and I’m very happy to do a deal, even with Latitude,” Mr Abercrombie, who remains a Humm director, told The Australian Financial Review.
