‘I’ve been ostracised’: Abercrombie at odds with Humm board

Dissenting director Andrew Abercrombie says the Humm board has shut him out as each makes their pitch to investors on Latitude sale.

Former Humm chairman Andrew Abercrombie says the rest of the board has shunned him for his opposition to the sale of the group’s consumer finance business to Latitude Financial in a deal he says drastically undervalues the company.

“Really, I’ve been ostracised, frankly. I’m a very reasonable guy and I’m very happy to do a deal, even with Latitude,” Mr Abercrombie, who remains a Humm director, told The Australian Financial Review.
