Diversa Trustees CEO bagged employees, swore excessively: claim

The chief executive of sprawling superannuation group Diversa Trustees, Andrew Peterson, allegedly retaliated against an executive who raised concerns about his “excessive swearing” and the company’s “poor monitoring and oversight of its regulatory obligations”.

Greg Harper, who was hired as Diversa’s trustee services risk manager in July 2021, has launched action in the Federal Court against the company for allegedly breaching the Fair Work Act when it withdrew a promised promotion following his complaints.
