Former executives of the embattled ASX are being targeted by litigation funder Litigation Capital Management, as it prepares a class action lawsuit over the bungled upgrade of the exchange’s ageing clearing and settlement platform.
Several sources told The Australian Financial Review that Sydney-based LCM was investigating starting an action over the failed implementation of the platform upgrade.
