The joint parliamentary committee on corporations and financial services will meet on Thursday to discuss whether a full inquiry into supply chain finance is needed after being told last week that Greensill Capital “flew too close to the sun”.

Chairman Andrew Wallace, a Liberal National MP, said the committee would weigh up the witnesses who appeared and make a decision on “where we go from here”.
