Victorian dairy farmer Craig Dwyer says he only has about six weeks of water left as the state’s south-west has been rocked by drought.

Mr Dwyer milks 320 dairy cows on his farm at Cobden, about two hours’ drive west of Melbourne, and is relying on run-off dam water.
