The tide is turning against WFH. Office property will be a winner

Like it or not, the return-to-workplace push is gaining momentum. It’s one of two big factors setting the stage for a revival in commercial real estate. 

Like it or not, the return-to-office movement is gathering pace, from Seattle to Sydney, and from Manhattan to Melbourne.

Jamie Dimon’s expletive-filled repudiation of working from home – “I’ve had it with this kind of stuff. I’ve been working seven days a goddamn week since COVID, and I come in, and where is everybody else?” the JPMorgan boss declared on a leaked recording made last week – is merely the latest example of big-name bosses laying down the law.
