Six men charged in relation to the murder of panel beater Jason De Ieso in his Pooraka workshop in 2012 can be identified after suppression orders banning publication of their identities were been lifted.
The Advertiser can now reveal the five men charged with Mr De Ieso’s murder are brothers Husain Ali Alzuain, Mohammed Alzuain, Musa Ali Alzuain, and Daniel Mark Jalleh and Ross William Montgomery.
A sixth man, Jake Byron Martin-Herde, 31, of Salisbury Downs, is charged with one count of assisting an offender over the murder.
A suppression order remains on the identity of a 26-year-old Reynella woman who was charged with assisting an offender. That charge was withdrawn earlier this month.
Jim Pearce, prosecuting, told the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Friday the suppression on each of the men was no longer required.
“From the prosecution perspective there is no basis for that order to continue and I ask that it be lifted,” he said.
Magistrate Greg Fisher revoked the order.
The court also heard Mohammed Alzuain intended to apply for bail at a further hearing next week.
Earlier this month, police also revealed they were also searching for Kyle Lloyd Pryde, after a warrant was issued for his arrest on a charge of murder last month.
None of the accused have entered pleas.
Police will allege each of the men charged with murder are all current or former members or associates of the Hells Angels, and Mr De Ieso’s shooting was the culmination of an escalating feud with the Finks.
Police have previously said Mr De Ieso, 33, was an innocent bystander caught up in a dispute between rival bikie gangs.
He was not a bikie, but was friends with a man connected to the Finks.
Mr De Ieso was shot dead in his Pooraka workshop, Unique Custom Paint and Panel, on November 21, 2012.
CCTV footage from the workshop, released previously by police, shows nine men walking towards the front of the business on the day he was shot.
Police have previously said at least six of the men were carrying guns and that they were hoping to make further arrests.

In an emotional video released last month, Mr De Ieso’s parents, Giovanna and Sam De Ieso, described their son as a keen athlete in his younger years who loved fishing.
“It’s always with us, it never goes away and I don’t know why we have to go through this,” Mrs De Ieso said.
